Delivery Charges are as stated on product description and / or detailed in shopping cart.

Prices quoted are for mainland United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands {dispatch by courier)

Deliveries are by  Royal Mail or courier - insured, tracked and signed for,

Deliveries will arrive between 9:00am and 5:30pm 

Deliveries are expected to take longer than our 5/7 working days and all mail will be tracked.

Customers will be kept informed about their order throughout the process to delivery of goods.

Please understand that the current pandemic is causing disruption to deliveries.

Race and Rally World will contact you should this not be the case giving you the option to continue with order or to cancel. If it is the latter, any payment received will be refunded.

International Orders

Delivery to outside the UK has been suspended until further notice.

As of February 25th February 2019, you can purchase items from the Race and Rally World website from the following countries and regional areas:


United States of America



New Zealand

Please note that more countries will be added.

If you are from outside any of the above countries and interested in ordering products, please email your enquiry to [email protected].

Deliveries are expected to take at least 10 working days and should not take longer than 28 days. 

All products are shipped super economy, tracked and insured.

Customers are responsible for any custom duties incurred at point of entry into their country.  

Products values have to be declared on shipping labels for insurance purposes and cannot be changed.

Order Processing and Despatch Timing

Due to the Global Pandemic, our normal delivery turnaround is 5/7 working days, this may turn out to be more. 

Race and Rally World will send out orders for in-stock* goods the same business day (Mon-Fri) so long as you place your order and complete payment by 3pm. After that time, we will send goods out the next business day. All orders placed for in-stock goods over weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the next available business day. Goods should arrive the next business day following dispatch.



If your order contains any out-of-stock items, then we will deliver your entire order when all the goods are available. Race and Rally World will get the goods for you as soon as possible and normally within 5 to 7 business days. If Race and Rally World anticipate there being a longer delay then we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to give you a delivery estimate.

We can't guarantee the delivery schedules from our suppliers, but we do guarantee to keep you informed as best we can.

Returns Policies

Please Do Not Return Items without contacting Race and Rally World.
If you wish to return something to us, please email [email protected]  and let us know what the situation is.

We will issue an RMA number so that we can track the return properly. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging before sending any items back to us.

If you have simply changed your mind on a product then you can return it any time within 14 days from the day you receive them.

You will have to pay to return the goods to us via an appropriate delivery service, and we won't be able to refund any delivery charges you paid when you bought the goods.

If the goods are in perfect, re-saleable condition when we receive them (in the opinion of McKechnie Marketing) then we will refund the full amount. If we believe that the goods have been opened, or used, or the packaging is damaged, or contents are missing, then we may not be able to offer a refund and the goods will be available for you to collect again from us. Sometimes we will still be able to offer a partial refund, but we will make an appropriate reduction in the amount we refund to you. This will normally be 25% but may be higher if packaging is badly damaged or items are missing.

McKechnie Marketing are a friendly company to deal with, and we will treat you fairly, in a manner any reasonable person would expect to be treated. Please be careful not to break cellophane/tape seals on any product until you are sure it is right for you, as we may not be able to accept returns once products are opened.

If there is a problem with the goods on delivery

If the goods are not as they should be on delivery (including but not limited to; goods are faulty, goods don't match our description, goods are not fit for purpose) then email [email protected] and let us know straight away. We will arrange to collect the goods and inspect them. If the problem is verified, then we will send a replacement product out to you straight away (assuming we have stock).

If you don't report problems with products to McKechnie Marketing within 14 days from the day you receive them then we will assume they are OK, and we will no longer be able to replace products with new ones. Instead, we will deal with any problems under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, and in line with UK consumer law where applicable
